Description:
Metal ladder ring is a new type of hole-type packing, developed by British Mass Transfer Company, which draws the benefits of rasching ring and its height-diameter ratio is 1:2.By increasing cone flanging , it can reduce the resistance of gas and increase the indensity of packing and gas-liquid contact area, as well as help spread the liquid and the update the membrane surface constantly, so that mass transfer and separation efficiency has been enhanced greatly.
Feature:
The flux of General Ladder ring can be increased by 10-20% than that of pall ring, with pressure drop reduced by 30-40%, and separation efficiency in varying degrees depending on the specific process improvement. Depending on the circumstances, ladder ring may be able to replace raschig ring, pall ring, bubble-cap plates, valve plates and sieve to achieve efficiency, high-yielding as well as energy saving.
