1 Features   This product is stable even at high temperature and high pH value.   Low toxicity and harmless,  it forms stable complex with many metal ions such as iron,  calcium and magnesium ions.  At the same time,  it has the function of corrosion inhibitor.  This product is better resistant to  chlorine and oxidation than other inorganic  or organic (phosphonic) acid salt.  Good compatibility with other water treatment chemicals.  It has good solubility for BTA copper corrosion inhibitor. It is an excellent scale and corrosion inhibitor.

2 Applications

Widely used in circulating cooling water system in power plants, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial as scale and corrosion inhibitor for water boiler, heat exchangers, water pipes, oilfield water injection pipe,  and crude pipeline.

Phosphorous acid (PO33- )：≤% 3.0

Phosphoric acid (PO43-)：≤% 2.0

pH (1% water): 2.0

Density (20℃)g/l: 1.25-1.30

4 Uses

When used as scale inhibitor alone, its dosage concentration should be below 8mg/l. When used as a corrosion inhibitor/scale inhibitor, its dosage concentration should be at 20-50mg/l.

5 Shipping and storage

30 kg/plastic drum. Avoid leaking, shock, high temperature and exposure to sunlight. Shelf life: 10 months.
