The oil well block remover (I) is mainly used to remove organic filter cake of vegetable gum that forms around the well cracks and pore surface after oil well fracturing.  It is an effective formation treatment technique to improve low permeability for less than ideal fracturing or for failure well.

(1)Appearance: brown liquid;

(2)Density:1.0g/cm3;

(3)Dispensability: soluble in water and saline at any rate;

(4)pH:3;

(5)Performance for eliminating vegetable gum filter cake: eliminate within 30 minutes, and almost double the permeability  

(6)Corrosion inhibition performance: corrosion speed less than 1.0g/m2·h(90℃,  pressures,N80 tubing steel). 

2. Application

(1)Block removal of less than ideal fracturing or failure well.

(2)Appropriate for formation temperature less than 150℃.

3. Uses

Mix well with clean water at the ratio 1:5 to 1:10 and inject the mixture into formation by cement truck. Shut in the well for 2-3 hours then flush and drain the well.

4.Dosage

Every meters reservoir 2 ~ 3 m3 (perforation penetration).
