This oil/water well block remover (III) is mainly used to dissolve the secondary precipitation in the process of dissolution and acidizing, especially after multiple acidizing in water injection well or augmented injection of invalid well.  It can also partially dissolve silicate and clay to increase the formation permeability and improve injection.

1. Typical physical properties /Technical data

(1)Appearance: brown liquid;

(2)Density:1.10~1.15g/cm3;

(3)Dispersivity: soluble in water at any rate;

(4)Effective dissolution rate: eliminate 30~80% of secondary sediment from acidification within 2 hours;

(5)Performance for corrosion inhibition: corrosion rate is less than 2.0g/m2·h (90℃、atmospheric pressures、N80 casing steel).

2. Applications

(1)Remove blocking from secondary sediment by calcium fluoride and sodium fluosilicate. 

(2)Suitable for formation acidification of sandstone having high silicate and high clay.

(3)Good for formation of 150℃ or less.

3. Uses

(1)Preparation: Mix the product and water according to ratio of 1:5 to 1:10.

(2)Operation: Inject the prepared solution with cement truck; shut-in 2-4 hours, and then flush and drain.

4 Dosage

For every meter of oil layer use 1.5-2 m3 (perforation penetration).
