The oil/water well block remover (VI) is a new type of oilfield chemical that is mainly used for removing plugging near the well caused by organics such as colloid, asphaltene, and paraffin, and inorganic such as calcium sulfate or calcium carbonate. 

At the same time, it can also remove emulsion plugging and water lockage near well zone therefore restore formation permeability and improve the oil production and water injection. This chemical can also be used for cleaning tubing, down-hole tools, oil pump and oil soaked parts and pipeline. This agent has low surface and interfacial tension, good emulsion breaking performance, high paraffin removal rate.  Moreover, it can convert inorganic scale into water soluble salt.  It does not contaminate or harm the formation pollution.  It is characteristic of multiple purpose, good performance, easy formulation, simple operation, low cost, and wide application.

2. Uses

(1)When used for oil well blocking, dilute the product in water for3 ~ 4 times and pump into formation. Shut-in for 2 ~ 3 hours.  Production can be assumed without draining the solution.  

(2)When the product is used for washing parts with scales, put the parts in product and soak for 4 ~ 8 hour. With mixing by a cycling pump, it can be done in 1 ~ 2 hours in general.

(3)When the product is used for removing scale in pipeline, pump is used to inject the product into pipeline. The pipe is flushed after holding for 4 ~ 8 hours.

For every meter of well section use 2 m3 (perforation penetration).
