In the many factors causing formation damage, that
from water block is one of the major factors. In the process of completion and
production, water based well killing fluid, washing fluid, and other fluids
will cause water blocking damage once they enter the formation, especially to
those wells with low formation pressure (formation pressure gradient < 1)
and low water content. In oilfield
production site it is very common to lose partially or all production rate due
to the leaking of well killing fluid and well cleaning fluid into
formation. The anti-water blocking agent
is a new type of oilfield chemical that effectively reduce the water block
damage by preventing the entry of working fluid into formation.

2.The
Principle of choosing oil well
The anti-water blocking agent is mainly used at wells
with low formation pressure which causes working fluid loss, wells with fluid
being difficult to flow back, and the wells that have lowered production rate
because of working fluid damage.
3. Uses
Add this product into well killing fluid, well
cleaning fluid, or sand carrier fluid at 6% during operation.
4. Notes
(1)In the working fluid containing this product, no
other chemicals should be added, such as cleaning agent, clay stabilizing
agent, as well as the cleanup agent since they will cause the anti-water
blocking agent lose its effectiveness.
(2)This product itself is good at cleaning and helps
the water flow back process. A separate cleaner and flowback agent is not necessary.
(3)If clay stabilizer is necessary in the working fluid, we have a
special type for that purpose which is compatible with the anti-water blocking
agent.
